There's a big difference between getting pierced by someone experienced and someone who isn't. I've worked professionally with piercing for more than 30 years and know exactly what can go wrong — and how to avoid it.
During the healing process you'll receive hypoallergenic healing jewellery that I select with the right length, thickness and shape for your specific type of piercing. It's always hypoallergenic jewellery, for faster healing and a lower risk of complications. Healing time varies depending on the piercing.
Once the piercing has fully healed, you can change to any jewellery you like — with my help or on your own. If the jewellery was purchased from me, the change is free; if you bring your own jewellery, each change costs 100 SEK. I also stock aftercare products for cleaning, healing and infection prevention, available to purchase in-studio.

Before the piercing you'll fill out a health declaration and sign a treatment agreement. Minors need signed authorisation from both guardians.

The price varies depending on the type of piercing and jewellery. Contact us or visit the studio in Borås or Jönköping for our current price list. We always keep our prices competitive.
It varies depending on the piercing: earlobe 4–6 weeks, helix and other ear cartilage piercings 6–12 months, nose 2–4 months, navel 6–12 months. Follow the aftercare advice — it makes a real difference to healing time.
I use exclusively medical-grade titanium (ASTM F136) and surgical steel (ASTM F138) — the same materials used in surgical implants. Both are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, which matters if you have sensitive skin or allergies. It minimises the risk of reactions and gives you faster, smoother healing.
It's a brief, intense sensation — most people say they expected worse. I work quickly and precisely to keep discomfort to a minimum. Breathe out when I say to, and it's over in a second.
Always wait until the piercing has fully healed. Changing jewellery too early, even if it feels fine, can disrupt the healing process and increase the risk of infection. Come into the studio if you're unsure.

It depends on what you train, how hard you train, and where the piercing is located. To avoid complications, check with your piercer. It's always easier to ask in advance than to deal with problems afterwards.

If you suspect an infection — if the piercing is red, swollen, very painful or discharging fluid more than a week after you got it — contact me right away. Don't wait or try to handle it yourself. Getting in touch early makes a big difference to how it heals.
